Where we process personal data of individuals in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we do so in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal and tax obligations, and to resolve disputes. Enquiry and correspondence data is typically retained for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required to meet our legal, accounting, or tax obligations (Indonesian tax records, for example, are kept for 10 years). When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
